Using ScoutCity
ScoutCity is a discovery platform connecting customers with local vendors in Minna. Orders are placed directly with vendors via WhatsApp. ScoutCity is not a party to the transaction between you and the vendor.
Vendor listings
Listing on ScoutCity requires a one-time payment and review by our team. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these terms or provides inaccurate business information.
Referral program
Referral rewards are paid only for vendors who complete registration and payment through a valid referral link. ScoutCity reserves the right to withhold payment where fraud or self-referral is suspected, and may modify or end the referral program at any time.
Payments
Listing fees are processed securely through Paystack. Fees are generally non-refundable once your listing has been approved and published.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ScoutCity after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
